The following information is required when attempting to transfer test scores FROM another institution TO 51¹ú²ú³Ô¹Ï:

SAT/Accuplacer/ACT placement score report SHOULD include:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Date of Birth
3. Date the Exam was taken
4. The Name of the Institution where you tested

Additionally, ECC Student ID number (if known), Mailing Address (if the score report does not already include it)

If you are attempting to transfer your Accuplacer test scores FROM 51¹ú²ú³Ô¹Ï TO another institution, you will need to download and complete the Permission to Release College Placement Test Scores form and return it to the Testing Center at ECC.
