Tuition payments not paid by their scheduled due date will be assessed a monthly $30.00 late fee penalty. In addition, payment plan accounts not paid in full by the end of the semester will be assessed a $100.00 contract default fee in addition to late fee assessments.

Past due accounts also prohibit students from registering for a new semester until their tuition bill is paid in full.  Restrictions are also placed on student transcripts for semesters not funded by Federal Title IV Aid (PELL and SEOG).

51¹ú²ú³Ô¹Ï’s collection policy is to forward all past-due accounts to a designated collection agency. If your account is forwarded, it can be reported to national credit agencies, which can have a detrimental effect on your ability to obtain credit in the future. In addition, you may incur the cost assessed by the collection agency to collect your past-due account.  Please refer to the ECC Student Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) (Student Responsibility Agreement (SFA).
