Administered by Training Inc., a division of Community, Continuing Education & Workforce Development, the program prepares participants for careers in broadband installation and network infrastructure – fields experiencing sustained demand across New Jersey.

College leadership, workforce development staff and industry partners gathered this week to recognize the launch of the grant-supported initiative. Partners include Ramp Up, James Walker, Nettarius Derrick of Law Avatar Tech and Garth Naar.

The program marks ECC鈥檚 second PACE-funded effort in the broadband space and reflects the college鈥檚 continued focus on industry-aligned training that connects residents to in-demand careers.
